Rental Details
- 3-Day Rental. Requires customer pick-up & drop-off within the 3-day rental period. Self-assembly by customer. We can arrange a video consultation to assist in setup if needed.
- 3-Day rental includes agreed upon frame, curtains, and silk flowers.
- $100 non-refundable deposit to RSVP desired altar(s) for your event date. The deposit goes toward the total rental cost.
- $300 Refundable deposit when dropped off in good condition. No damages.
- Day 1: Pick-up rental items. Set-up altar to the desired style to get an understanding on how to set-up pieces and take-down pieces. If it is not raining outside, and you plan on set-up outside at the wedding venue, then pre-setup outside to get a feel for set-up. Otherwise, practice setup inside.
- Day 2: Assemble the altar to the preset desired style at the wedding venue as soon as the facility allows entry. After the event, take down the altar and place safely into their packages for the return drop-off.
- Day 3: Drop off all the altar rental pieces back to Von Galt Flowers.
