Rental Details
- 3-Day Rental. Requires customer pick-up & drop-off within the 3-day rental period. Self-assembly by customer. We can arrange a video consultation to assist in setup if needed.
- 3-Day rental includes agreed upon frame and silk flowers for the frame only.
- For additional silk flower rentals: $100/flower roll, $50/large silk flower centerpiece, & $100 for additional color flowers.
- $100 non-refundable deposit to RSVP desired altar(s) for your event date. The deposit goes toward the total rental cost.
- $300 Refundable deposit when dropped off in good condition. No damages.
- Day 1: Pick-up rental items. Set-up altar to the desired style to get an understanding on how to set-up and take-down pieces. If it is not raining outside, and you plan on set-up outside at the wedding venue, then pre-setup outside to get a feel for set-up. Otherwise, practice setup inside.
- Day 2: Assemble the altar to the preset desired style at the wedding venue as soon as the facility allows entry. After the event, take down the altar and place safely into their packages for the return drop-off.
- Day 3: Drop off all the altar rental pieces back to Von Galt Flowers.
The heart-shaped wedding arch is adorned with artificial silk green and white roses provided by Von Galt Flowers. You can add silk flower rolls to the front to complete this style for an additional cost of $100/each flower roll to complete the look. It takes 2 additional flower rolls to complete this look.
Our heart-shaped flower arch comes with provided silk green and white flower rolls that attach to the frame. You can request additional colors added to complete the look with an additional $100 cost added to the total rental.

This look is arranged with provided silk flower sprays along the top sides and two large silk flower centerpieces at the bottom. Silk flowers provided by VGF for rental.
Signage is provided by the customer. However, this beautiful heart-shaped style is provided as a rental by VGF. The additional two large floral silk flower arrangements are an additional cost of $100 (2) added to the total rental cost.
