Rental Details

Simple Pricing: $400 rental (1-stand + silk flowers). BUNDLE DEAL: 20% off total when you rent 2 Altars. For example: 1 Flower Wall for reception photo booth (1-stand + silk flowers) & 1 Altar for ceremony (1-stand + silk flowers) = ($400 + $400) x 0.20 (20% Discount) = $640/rental + sales tax.
$50 non-refundable deposit to RSVP your event date. The deposit goes toward the total rental cost.
Full set-up and pick-up service included in the rental fee. We deliver to the venue and set it up. However, since we aren't able to be at the venue upon closing, it is the customer's responsibility to move the rented props to a safely-assigned area for pickup in the morning, and get it ok'd with your venue coordinator. Arrangements can be made to set-up the day before for rehearsal dinner if the venue permits it.
DISCLAIMER: All silk floral attachments for the rented altars come in silk ivory roses, which is the base-line color. If you want additional accent colored silk flowers added to your rented prop, then it is an additional $100 for desired colored silk flowers added. Adding your own silk flower garlands and curtains are permitted, but must be approved with VGF. Hot-gluing and attaching un-sanctioned silk flowers are not allowed. Although, it has never happened, if a return rental is damaged, you'll be charged double the invoice.

Our rose flower walls are made with the most realistic silk flowers that imitate the natural look of flowers. At 7.8 x 7.8 feet, it is tall enough to cover most guests with a floral backdrop for breathtaking pictures.

This extended look for large group pictures requires 2 flower wall rentals.

Rent one flower wall or go bold with two flower wall backdrops for those larger wedding guest group pictures. Rental cost is per flower wall and frame (2 altars).

Our flower walls can be used for wedding backdrops, and any other special celebration. Balloons and accessories beyond the flower wall (1-stand + silk flowers) are provided by the customer.

VGF 3-Day Rentals Vs. Other Rental Companies

At Von Galt Flower Altar Rentals, we understand that many wedding venues in Western Washington have strict setup policies, often allowing entry only on the morning of the event. This can create significant stress for families renting wedding altars, arch stands, and photo booth backdrops. With early pickup times as early as 6:00 AM, families must rush to set up before the day's festivities, including photos and guest arrivals.
The pressure mounts as multiple vendors work against the clock to meet the venue's schedule, risking additional costs for exceeding allotted time. After the celebration, many families find it challenging to return rental items that same night without incurring extra fees or damaging the props.
To ease this burden, Von Galt Flower Altar Rentals offers a 3-day rental timeframe option. Families can get their props and pre-set them on Day 1 and enjoy for rehearsal dinner (if it works out that way on day 2), and return or pick-up on Day 3.
