- $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of order. Half of remaining balance due 3-weeks prior to delivery. The remaining balance due upon deliver drop-off or pick-up. Set-up not included. Rush orders accepted upon availability. For rush orders, half of balance due upon order to secure date and remaining balance due upon delivery.
- Deliveries are subject to an additional $50 convenience charge per county radius. Minimum order requirement is $200. All balances is subject to a 9.5% WA sales tax.
- Balance maybe paid in full to avoid exchanging tender on your wedding day or event. Accepted tender are cash, credit/debit card, check, and PayPal.
- My prices are more affordable than retail, because I work from my home. No overhead storefront cuts costs, and brings saving to my customers. I only take a couple wedding each weekend.
- What I offer to my clients that is unique is the ability to customize their wedding flowers to their personal style, motif, and that the master florist, myself and my team is creating your order.
- These prices are based on seasonal flowers at the time of your event. Non-seasonal flowers and specialty pre-orders are a custom quote. I provide creative suggestions to fit most budgets.

WEDDING ZOOM CONSULTATION APPT. DETAILS
During a consultation, we go over what you would like created for your order, answer style questions, next steps, and costs. I create your flowers 24-48 hours before your event. So, that the flowers are fresh and in bloom. Often, flowers are still closed, fresh out of the very cold storage, almost freezing refrigeration. Not the case with VGF Flowers & Altar Rentals – we like our flowers bloomed. During this short time, many things are going on in terms of wedding preparation. It’s nice to know that you don’t have to worry about flowers.
Below are some things to consider prior to a consultation appointment:
- What style of bridal bouquet would you like made for you (traditional hand-tied bouquet or cascading bouquet)?
- Do you have pictures of what type of bridal bouquet you want?
- You can reference my photo gallery or search Pinterest or Google for images of what you like, and email them over to me prior to our appointment.
- What are your colors, themes, and seasonal flower preferences?
- How many bridesmaids, groomsmen, dads, moms, grandmothers, grandfathers, ring bearer, musicians, children, etc?
- What city will the wedding venue and reception venue be at?
- What time is the wedding ceremony?
- What time does the venue open up for vendors to enter?
Set-up not included. Your pre-made floral order is dropped off at your wedding venue as soon as it opens up for vendors to come in. All that’s needed is to take the flowers out of the boxes and placed on the tables. Your wedding party flowers are usually in the bridal suite ready to await the bride and bridesmaids. Groom and groomsmen boutonnieres and ladies’ corsages are in the refrigerator with instructions on how to pin them on. Accepted tender are cash, PayPal, credit card/debit card, and check to avoid exchanging tender on the wedding day.
