$100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order for our bridal bouquet services. Half of the remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to delivery, with the final balance payable upon drop-off or pick-up. Please note that set-up is not included. We accept rush orders based on availability; for these, half of the balance is due upon order to secure the date, with the remaining amount due upon delivery.
Deliveries incur an additional $50 convenience charge per county radius, and there is a minimum order requirement of $200. All balances are subject to a 9.5% WA sales tax. To streamline your wedding day or event, you may choose to pay the balance in full upfront. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, check, and PayPal.
My prices for wedding flower pricing are more affordable than retail, as I operate from my home, eliminating overhead costs, which translates to savings for you. I only take on a couple of weddings each weekend to ensure personalized attention.
What sets my flower rental services apart is the ability to customize your wedding flowers according to your personal style and motif, with the master florist, myself, and my team personally handling your order.
These prices are based on seasonal flowers available during your event. Non-seasonal flowers and specialty pre-orders will require a custom quote. I am happy to provide creative suggestions to accommodate most budgets.

WEDDING ZOOM CONSULTATION APPT. DETAILS
During a consultation for our bridal bouquet services, we discuss your specific floral needs for your order, address any style questions, outline next steps, and review wedding flower pricing. I create your flowers 24-48 hours before your event to ensure they are fresh and in bloom. Unlike many florists, whose flowers may still be closed and just out of cold storage, VGF Flowers & Altar Rentals makes it a priority to showcase fully bloomed flowers. With all the hustle of wedding preparation happening in that short time frame, it’s a relief to know you won’t have to worry about flowers.
Here are some key points to consider prior to scheduling your consultation appointment:
- What style of bridal bouquet would you prefer (a traditional hand-tied bouquet or a cascading bouquet)?
- Do you have photos to share that inspire your vision for the bridal bouquet? You can refer to my photo gallery or browse Pinterest or Google for images you like, and please email them to me before our appointment.
- What are your chosen colors, themes, and seasonal flower preferences?
- How many individuals are part of your wedding party, including bridesmaids, groomsmen, fathers, mothers, grandmothers, grandfathers, ring bearers, musicians, and children?
- What city will the wedding venue and reception venue be located in?
- What time does the wedding ceremony start?
- When does the venue open for vendors to set up?
Please note that set-up is not included. Your pre-made floral order will be delivered to your wedding venue as soon as it opens for vendors. All that’s required is for someone to take the flowers out of the boxes and place them on the tables. The wedding party flowers will typically be in the bridal suite, ready for the bride and bridesmaids. Groom and groomsmen boutonnieres, as well as ladies’ corsages, will be kept in the refrigerator along with instructions for pinning them on. Payments can be made via cash, PayPal, credit card/debit card, or check to simplify the transaction on the wedding day.
