Rental Details

Simple Pricing: $400/ 3-Day rental (1-stand + silk flowers). BUNDLE DEAL: 20% off total when you rent 2 Altars. For example: 1 Flower Wall for reception photo booth (1-stand + silk flowers) & 1 Altar for ceremony (1-stand + silk flowers) = ($400 + $400) x 0.20 (20% Discount) = $640/ 3-Day rental + sales tax.
3-Day Rental. Requires customer pick-up & drop-off within the 3-day rental period. Self-assembly by customer. We can arrange a video consultation to assist in setup if needed.
$100 non-refundable deposit to RSVP your event date. The deposit goes toward the total rental cost.
If you want additional accent colored silk flowers added to your rented prop, then it is an additional $100 for desired colored silk flowers added to the existing silk flower prop. Note: Adding your own flowers to the prop are not allowed as it may damage the materials. Only authorized florists/ person(s) approved by VGF can add supplemental fresh flowers alongside the silk flowers on the altars, but hot-gluing and attaching un-sanctioned silk flowers are not allowed.
Although, extremely rare. If a return rental is damaged, you 'll be charged double the invoice.
If you need full set-up and pick-up service, we do provide it at $150 additional cost. Includes delivery to the venue and prop set-up. However, since we are not able to be at the venue upon closing, it is the customer's responsibility to take down the rented props, package the props in its boxes, and Von Galt Flowers will pick it up from you within the 3-day of rental.
Day 1: Pick-up rental items. Set-up altar to the desired style to get an understanding on how to set-up pieces and take-down pieces. If it is not raining outside, and you plan on set-up outside at the wedding venue, then pre-setup outside to get a feel for set-up. Otherwise, practice setup inside. Often, if the Rehearsal Dinner is the night before the wedding, our customer’s will set it up for photo ops during this time.
Day 2: Assemble the altar to the preset desired style at the wedding venue as soon as the facility allows entry. After the event, take down the altar and place safely into their packages for the return drop-off the very next day.
Day 3: Drop off all the altar rental pieces back to Von Galt Flowers. Congratulations again!

This style covers both the front and backside of the heart arch, which uses a double arch frame held to 1-stand, and double the flowers rolls to cover both sides. Therefore, this design requires additional flower rolls to cover the other side. One side of flower rolls for the heart arch is included in the rental.

Additional Features: $100/each flower roll rental. It takes 5 flower rolls to complete

This style is adorned with attached flower rolls made with silk green and white roses.

Signage and battery tealight candles are provided by the customer. However, this beautiful heart-shaped style is provided as a rental by VGF.
